DAILY DEAL

The ability to Add daily deal from admin section , you can set deal for unlimited days and one by one there will come per day when one will time up and new will come up.
The ability to set a maximum of the number of coupons that can be sold (a) in aggregate; and (b) to any one member. If the limit is reached before the deal closes, nobody should be able to purchase any more.
The ability to set a minimum number of coupons that need to be sold before the ‘Deal' becomes available. If members purchase a ‘Deal' that does not reach the minimum, they are automatically sent an email stating that the ‘Deal' closed.
The ability to restrict the time period for which ‘Deal' is available (typically 24 hrs to 7 days).
There also have a side deal features you can post side deal from admin and it will display in site and work like main deal when click on it. And you can post there unlimited site deals.
The ability to set time for Expire voucher and people will know when voucher will Expire.
The ability to Buy deal as a Gift for friends or someone.
When user go and buy a deal , they need to enter there card number and all persnoal details.
After add a card, system will check right now card is valid or not. If Valid then they can buy only otherwise user can't.
If deal is tipped and time is up then our system will work automatically and make all users paid also email will go to all users "your voucher ready to print now".
If Deal is not going to tipped then no charge from any user and all will have email “Sorry deal is not Met”.
There have a voucher system where user can go in my account and print it in a PDF format.
Daily Email system, morning buzz (morning email) will go to all users if deal is active and it will work city wise.
Each coupon will need the following fields: ID Number; Price Paid (by the member); Coupon Value; Short Description; Logo; Address of the Business; Key Terms & Conditions (expiry date etc.)
Share deal with Facebook, Twiter and by email.
Deal discussion and you can delete or edit deal discussion from backend.

Registration system working same like normal sites, but when user will go register in site they also in the list of subscribers.
Any user any time can unsubscribe what email they have , all emails will have a unsubscribe link.
Login is simple like normal sites.

MERCHANT SECTION (Business Owner) LOGIN

There have a client (merchant) section so you can create login for him from backend and they can login and check our deal status and he can make any voucher used and comment it.
From the client (merchant) section they can make voucher used and unused, also they can comment there who was come and what time come.
The ability to download data into a CSV file for any 'Deal'.
The ability to collect data for each 'Deal' the number of members that viewed the 'Deal' the number of coupons sold.
Search voucher features, enter any voucher code and find it.
Merchant can see there live updates after login.

ADMIN (backend)

The ability to post a deal, set time and date, edit deal set expiry date, upload images, deal details, reviews, merchant logo, RSS details, set price, set minimum and maximum purchase, set how many per persop purchase.

In admin have ability to set default city and you can add there unlimited city and post deal in any city and same time all will work fine.

Through CMS you can add there video and images very easy to manage it.
